Papaya Mousse
Ingredients
400g papaya
2 tbs almond butter (or hazelnut, cashew butter)
4 medjool dates, pitted
1/2 lemon juice
Topping
Sprinkle chia seeds
Method
Place the papaya, almond, pitted dates into a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the mousse into glasses and then in the fridge before eat.
