Papaya Mousse

Ingredients

  • 400g papaya

  • 2 tbs almond butter (or hazelnut, cashew butter)

  • 4 medjool dates, pitted

  • 1/2 lemon juice

Topping

Sprinkle chia seeds

Method

  1. Place the papaya, almond, pitted dates into a blender or food processor.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour the mousse into glasses and then in the fridge before eat.
