Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas (optional: 1 frozen)

  • 1 large avocado

  • 2 tablespoons of almond butter

  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder

  • 1 tbs of honey or maple syrup

Topping

  • sprinkle of chia seeds

Method

  1. Peel and cut the avocado and bananas.

  2. Then add the rest of ingredients into a food processor.

  3. Blend for a few seconds till creamy.

  4. Keep in the fridge until serving time.
