Chocolate Cream

A nutrient-dense, functional dessert or snack designed to support satiety, stable blood sugar, and skin health.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 avocado

  • 1 banana

  • 1-2 tbsp raw cacao powder

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds ground

  • 1-2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (adjust for texture)

  • 1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon

  • 1-2 scoop collagen peptides

  • Optional: ½ tsp vanilla extract, pinch of sea salt, 85% melted chocolate on top

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.Blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. Adjust texture with almond milk if needed.

  3. Chill for 15 minutes for a mousse-like consistency (optional).
