Chocolate Cream
A nutrient-dense, functional dessert or snack designed to support satiety, stable blood sugar, and skin health.
Ingredients
1 1/2 avocado
1 banana
1-2 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tbsp chia seeds ground
1-2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (adjust for texture)
1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
1-2 scoop collagen peptides
Optional: ½ tsp vanilla extract, pinch of sea salt, 85% melted chocolate on top
Method
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.Blend until smooth and creamy.
Adjust texture with almond milk if needed.
Chill for 15 minutes for a mousse-like consistency (optional).
