Coconut Milk

Ingredients

1 cup of coconut meat

4 cups of hot water

Method

  1. In a blender, blend the coconut in pieces with 4 cups of hot water.

  2. Strain into a thin cloth

  3. Put in refrigerator for up to 4 days.

* The remaining pulp can be used to make cookies and other recipes.
