Tofu Sesame Seeds Dip

Ingredients

  • 300 g silken tofu or soft tofu

  • 3 tbsp ground sesame seeds

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • sea salt to taste

Topping:

  • wasabi paste (optional),

Method

  1. Wrap the tofu in a paper towel and place a object on top of it for about 10 minutes to press the water out.

  2. Use a food processor to make the tofu into a smooth paste.

  3. Add the ground sesame seeds, salt, and sesame oil to the food processor and blend until smooth.

Tips: If you can’t get ground sesame seeds, you can lightly toast sesame seeds and then use a grinder or other tool to make them into a fine powder before adding to the tofu.
