Sesame Roast Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 fillets of wild salmon

  • 2 tablespoons of white miso

  • 1 fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon tamarin sauce

  • 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.

  2. Place the salmon fillet in an ovenproof dish and in a bowl mixture lemon, tamarin, miso then apply a layer of miso on the length of the fish and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.

  3. Place the fish in the oven until cooked (approx. 15-20 minutes depending on the oven).
