Muesli with Chia Seeds

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 150ml of coconut milk or your preferable milk

  • 1 tablespoon natural yogurt

  • 1/2 teaspoon of extract or vanilla paste

  • 1 tablespoon pure honey

  • 1 tablespoon hazelnut butter (optional)

  • Topping: mango, blueberries, sprinkle with some grated coconut

Method

  1. In a bowl, stir together the seeds of chia, milk, yogurt, vanilla, honey and hazelnut butter.

  2. Then place into small jars.

  3. Store in the refrigerator overnight or at least 6 hours.
