3 tablespoons chia seeds
150ml of coconut milk or your preferable milk
1 tablespoon natural yogurt
1/2 teaspoon of extract or vanilla paste
1 tablespoon pure honey
1 tablespoon hazelnut butter (optional)
Topping: mango, blueberries, sprinkle with some grated coconut
In a bowl, stir together the seeds of chia, milk, yogurt, vanilla, honey and hazelnut butter. Then place into small jars. Store in the refrigerator overnight or at least 6 hours.
